Quotation & Contract Signing
Once the drawings are confirmed, a detailed quotation is provided. A confirmation deposit secures your project timeline.

Loose Item Proposal (Optional)
Furniture, lighting, curtains, and décor are carefully curated to match the overall concept, with styling guidance provided as needed.

Proposal
A conceptual mood board is crafted to capture the design direction, along with a preliminary cost estimate to help you plan ahead.
Step 4
Schematic Design
At this stage, the layout takes shape through floor plans and 3D visualizations that bring your vision to life.
Step 6
Construction Drawings
Comprehensive technical drawings are prepared for all key areas, then reviewed together for final sign-off.
Step 8
Construction Begins
With the green light given, renovation gets underway. Our team conducts regular site checks to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Handover
A final walkthrough is done with you on-site before we officially hand over your completed, beautifully finished space.
